Professional and posses strong learning ability. 10+ years of communications industry experience, familiar with operation and maintenance management mode to operators, familiar with IT ’s management service, familiar with operators ‘s IT system operation and maintenance mode and have actual network operation and maintenance management experience is preferred; Strong control over capacity for project implementation and management of quality, cost, schedule and risk, etc, and familiar with contracts, business, finance and other basic knowledge.
