Specialisation - Science and engineering, or correlative specialisationWork experience: 8 years communication product technology service work experience,More than 6 years experience in telecommunication industry.Strong communications skills in English. Solid knowledge of NTS (Network Technology Service) products and be able to communicate with operators from the networks angle. Have a passion for technology and telecommunications, enjoy challenges and have an invested interest in growing the business.Able to communicate and interactr with all cultures and through all processes. Able to build and maintain good work relations with surrounding departments (client line, products sale, service development). Have a good understanding of organisational management and financial management of BU. Provide competent professional service solution for customers through analysis of customer requirements and market competitiveness required to ensure the service sale of NTS.(professional service sale ) Mostly NTS SaleKey Network Breakthrough Ratio Establish regional expert teams and delivery resource (own and cooperative). Complete NTS service delivery and revenue confirmation according to the low cost delivery mode to ensure the NTS revenue and profit.(professional service revenue ) Mostly NTS RevenueNTS Contribution Gross Profit Dig the inventory market and establish the contractual delivery by providing the customised service solution for customers to improve the service quality, NTS service brand and customer satisfaction degree. Mostly Customer Satisfaction Degree Responsible for the management of NTS service sales . Develop the NTS inventory market by digging the service opportunity actively. Improve sales project success ratio of service product by customising the service solution. Mostly Key Project Breakthrough Ratio According to the B-BOM cooperation strategy, execute the tool development and other measures by activating organisation and improving the personnel skills to advance the work efficiency per head.
